Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin chicken restaurant brand, has opened a new restaurant in Arlington.
Located at 3755 South Cooper St. in Arlington, the restaurant is the seventh Pollo Campero in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The restaurant features Pollo Campero’s Latin menu, which centers around its Latin fried and Citrus Peruvian grilled chicken, along with traditional Latin favorites, such as empanadas, Campero rice and beans, yuca fries and plantains.
The restaurant traces its roots to the first restaurant that opened its doors as a tiny, family-owned restaurant in Guatemala in 1971. There are more than 350 Pollo Campero restaurants around the world currently. There are six in the Dallas area, but this is the first one in Tarrant County.
