Le Cep now offering weeknight a la carte option

Beginning June 14, Le Cep Restaurant, which is located in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District, will launch a new weeknight a la carte option, just in time for the hot summer months, which often lends itself to lighter dining.

Chef Sandra Avila has gained notoriety since bringing her French nouvelle creations to the local audience. Her husband, David runs the front of the house which features a romantic and modern ambience, reinforced by his exceptionally well-trained staff and well-stocked wine cave.

Since opening in 2014, Le Cep has offered only a 4-course or 8-course Discovery Menu, which may have seemed a little too indulgent and time-consuming for some mid-week. After all, from impeccable service to Chef Avila’s exquisitely crafted plates, Le Cep is synonymous with fine dining.

Chef Sandra Avila rotates the menu at Le Cep every six weeks, with new seasonal creations to be experienced. Guests will now be able to order any of the eight courses on the existing menu individually on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. The 4-course menu will remain available Tuesday through Friday, and the full 8-course Discovery Menu is available every night as well and is the only option on Saturday. This is the perfect chance for those who have not yet been to Le Cep to enjoy a light meal paired with the perfect bottle of wine.

“The new weeknight a la carte option provides a lighter and faster dining option for our busy guests on weeknights when they may not want to linger over a 4 or 8-course dinner. They can now experience Parisian contemporary fine dining and select those courses that suit both their tastes and their time limitations,” said Chef Sandra Avila. “Our guests have requested this option in the past, and I’m thrilled to be able to launch the a la carte option to meet their needs.”

The a la carte option gives guests the freedom to order smaller weeknight meals for pre- or post-theater dining and experience fine contemporary Parisian cuisine in a more timely manner. The Champagne Cart and Cheese Supplement option are available every evening and offer guests an elegant addition to their dining experience.

With the launch of the new a la carte menu, guests can build a discovery menu of their own choosing, making Le Cep’s luxuries even more accessible and convenient. But, be aware that lighter dining does not translate to flip flops and shorts, the dress code will still be strictly enforced.

Le Cep’s new schedule is as follows:

A la carte option: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:30 – 10 PM

8-course Discovery Menu: Tuesday through Saturday 5:30 – 10 PM

4-course Discovery Menu available upon request: Tuesday through Friday 5:30 – 10:00 PM
