Tired of seeing Dallas restaurants hang their shingle in Fort Worth?
Today, it is turnabout is fair play time as Fort Worth-based Salsa Limón’s Flor de Mayo opens in the heart of downtown Dallas. The restaurant’s fifth location is in the fully renovated space of the Mayflower Building at 411 North Akard St. Salsita’s ‘Flor de Mayo’ will feature breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late nights. It’s a short walk away from Klyde Warren Park, Neiman Marcus, and YMCA.
Starting out in a food truck, Salsa Limon has now expanded to five locations, with another location in the River District coming soon and another on Magnolia set to be part of new development there. Salsa Limón serves a lineup of Mexico City street-style favorites with Oaxacan-influence.
