Trio New American – Chef’s Tasting Dinner

TRIO New American Cuisine is hosting a seven-course Chef’s Tasting dinner. The July dinner includes a Purple Haze Crusted Rack of Lamb with oyster mushrooms, garlic chive rosti and a huckleberry red wine gastrique. Unique in the market, TRIO is a BYOB restaurant where guests are encouraged to bring their favorite beverages to enjoy with the evening’s offerings. An interactive experience, Chef Jason Harper will share his inspiration behind each dish as they are presented to guests. $100 per person.

Movie Night at Flying Saucer
