Globe Life Park to host Texas Tech-UTA College Baseball Game

Tickets priced at $12.00 each for 7:00 p.m. game

Surprise, Arizona—Globe Life Park in Arlington will be the site of college baseball on Tuesday, March 14 when the University of Texas Arlington Mavericks hosts the Texas Tech University Red Raiders. Game time is 7:00 p.m. This is the second straight year that the Mavericks and Red Raiders have played at Globe Life Park in Arlington with Texas Tech earning a 6-4 victory on March 15, 2016.

Tickets can be purchased on Tuesday for $12.00 each at the Globe Life Park in Arlington box office, which opens at 9:00 a.m. All access will be through the First Base Gate, which will open at 5:00 p.m.

Cash parking in the B Lot will open at 4:00 p.m.

UTA is 6-7 on the season and hosts Milwaukee in a three-game series this weekend at Clay Gould Ballpark in Arlington. Texas Tech is ranked sixth in the country at 12-2 after wins against Mississippi and LSU in last weekend’s Shriners Hospital for Children College Classic at Houston’s Minute Maid Park. The Red Raiders host UTSA in a three-game series in Lubbock this weekend.

This will be the lone college game this spring at Globe Life Park in Arlington, which hosted UTA’s contests with Oklahoma and Texas A&M in 2014, Texas in 2015, and Texas Tech in 2016.
