AppYea Inc. of Fort Worth has acquired 60 mobile applications through a newly announced asset purchase agreement.
The acquisition adds to the firm’s diversified app holdings portfolio, focused primarily on gaming apps.
“Our primary focus is to stick with our business model and expand our presence in the iOS Platform, as well as the Google and the Amazon platform when available,” said CEO Jackie Williams, commenting in a news release.
“We are excited about these acquisition and how it positions us to take advantage of the exciting opportunities in the gaming app world,” Williams said.
The industry outlook for the mobile gaming market is expected to surpass $41 billion by the end of 2015, according to the company.
