Kobi Electric, a leading international commercial and industrial energy efficient lighting manufacturer based in Fort Worth, has appointed lighting industry veteran Peter Weller as the company’s vice president of strategic accounts and planning.

Weller, who has been responsible for substantial sales and revenue growth with several energy efficient lighting manufacturers, is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. Additionally, Weller will lend his experience and vision to collaborating with the KOBI management team to define a roadmap for future products as well as provide input on research being conducted to develop new technologies.

Weller has previously held influential positions with competing industry leaders such as Osram Sylvania Inc., H.E. Williams Inc., TCP Inc. and Lumenergi Inc.
