Office space is getting a little tighter at IDEA Works FW, a multi-industry business incubator that offers workspace and development programs for startup companies.
With the addition of four new clients, the space is now 70 percent full. Only shared, co-working space is available, according to a news release.
IDEA Works FW, 600 East Rosedale Street, began in 2014 and currently houses eight companies. The newly added companies are architecture firm MEL/ARCH, ice cream shop MELT, branding and marketing company PixelSmith & Co., and mobile delivery app Favor. MEL/ARCH architectural studio is a progressive architecture firm focusing on commercial and residential design throughout Texas. The company’s niche is green/sustainable design and zero-energy buildings. MEL/ARCH has more than 15 years experience in corporate, retail and multi-family residential, as well as religious and hospitality work. In addition to building design, MEL/ARCH assists with site planning and urban design.

Favor connects customers with Runners, who will pick up and deliver most anything in under an hour. Requests are placed through the Favor iPhone or Android app. Fort Worth is Favor’s 14th market.
