McDonald’s now McDelivers in Dallas-Fort Worth

Dallas – May 30, 2017 – Fans of fries, burgers and the dollar menu can now order fast food delivery from over 215 McDonald’s locations in North Texas thanks to UberEATS’ meal delivery service, according to a news release.

Following a pilot delivery program in Florida earlier this year, McDonald’s has announced they are expanding their UberEATS delivery to other areas of the country.

“With UberEATS, you can get the food you want, where you want it, delivered at Uber speed. We’re thrilled to partner with McDonald’s to give fans in (Dallas-Fort Worth) easy access to their McDonald’s favorites at the tap of a button,” said Jordan Chapman UberEATS’ Dallas general manager, in the release. “People in D-FW search for McDonald’s in the UberEATS app almost daily, so we’re excited to expand our reach and deliver what they’ve been craving.”

With the exception of soft-serve ice-cream, the full McDonald’s menu will be available through UberEATS, with an UberEATS booking fee applying to each order.

Using their same Uber ride-sharing login information, customers can place their McDelivery order through the UberEATS app or online at UberEATS.com. Just as drivers are tracked on their way to pick up patrons, customers can track their driver, and the arrival of their food, through the app.

According to the release, in addition to McDonald’s locations in North Texas offering fresh beef products in the D-FW market, McDelivery is just one more way that McDonalds aims to transform the restaurant experience.
