  A. Lee Graham Reporter   Andrews Logistics Inc.’s latest acquisition promises jobs as the Southlake firm acquires Andrews Transport LP, a Fort Worth firm that provides bulk liquid petroleum and chemical products transportion service.   About 115 jobs are expected to be added in Texas and Louisiana a result of the acquisition. The Southlake company is a transportation and logistics firm focused on bulk liquid and hazardous materials transport.   The acquisition also means that Andrews Transport will close its Fort Worth location as employees relocate to the Southlake office. Darron Eschle, Andrews Logistics chairman and CEO in a news release.   “We’re now more diversified and better able to create a stronger and more comprehensive corporate and operational structure. As a result, we’ll be one of the strongest players in the bulk liquid and dedicated contract service industry,” Eschle said.   All corporate office functions will be consolidated into Andrews Logistics’ Southlake headquarters. The acquisition expands Andrews Logistics’ terminals in Texas with the addition of facilities in Diboll, Tyler and Beaumont. Some Andrews Transport terminals will be combined with nearby Andrews Logistics facilities. Those include Andrews Transport’s Houston terminal and Andrews Logistics’ terminal in Deer Park, Texas. The Fort Worth terminal will be combined with Andrews Logistics’ Dallas location, with  terminals each company operates in Baton Rouge, La. also planned to be combined.   More information is available at www.andrewslogistics.com.   lgraham@bizpress.net
