Arlington, long known as the largested city in the U.S. without bus service, will begin service on Monday, Aug. 19, the result of a two-year contract between the city of Arlington and Dallas Area Rapid Transit and the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (The T).
The service will run between the University of Texas at Arlington’s College Park District and the CentrePort/Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Station of the Trinity Railway Express. The service, called the Metro Arlington Xpress (MAX), will operate Monday through Friday from approximately 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. www.ridethemax.com
