A wrong way driver double fatality on 9600 block of West Freeway occurred early Friday morning in Fort Worth. Traffic backed up for several hours as Fort Worth Police Department investigated and cleared the scene.
Information was still being gathered, but one of the fatalities was a female driver, the other a male.
