Fort Worth motorists, take heed: the direct-connector ramp from westbound Interstate 30 to southbound Chisholm Trail Parkway will close from 9 p.m. Friday May 1 to 5 a.m. Monday May 4.
Ongoing construction associated with the Chisholm Trail Parkway project is the reason for the closure, according to the North Texas Tollway Authority.
Motorists traveling westbound I-30 may take the Montgomery Street exit as a detour. From there, they may turn south and continue to the Chisholm Trail Parkway entrance and turn right onto the southbound parkway.
All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary, according to an NTTA news release.
