ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) – A suspect has been arrested and charged in what investigators say was the apparent road-rage killing of a Fort Worth woman on a North Texas freeway.

In a statement late Tuesday, Arlington police announced the arrest of Aspen Shaquill Darren Warren as a suspect in the fatal shooting of Brittany Daniel.

Authorities say Daniel, who was 26, was driving on Interstate 30 in Arlington around 7 p.m. Jan. 27 when a rear-seat passenger in another car opened fire.

Warren is booked into the Arlington City Jail on a murder charge with bond set at $500,000. No attorney is listed for him in jail records.
