Fort Worth-area motorists can expect more freeway closures from 9 p.m. Friday Sept. 25 to 5 a.m. Sunday Sept. 27. They are:
· All lanes of westbound Loop 820 west of Riverside Drive will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Basswood Boulevard.
· The direct connector from northbound Interstate 35W to westbound Loop 820 will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Haltom Road.
· The direct connector from southbound I-35W to eastbound Loop 820 will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to FM 156.
· There will be rolling full freeway closures on southbound I-35W at the I-35W/Loop 820 interchange.
Saturday Sept. 26 – 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
· The direct connector from eastbound IH 820 to northbound I-35W will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Haltom Road.
· There will be rolling full freeway closures on southbound I-35W at the I-35W/IH 820 interchange.
Sunday Sept. 27 – 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
· All lanes of northbound I-35W north of Meacham Boulevard will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Denton Hwy. 377.
· The direct connectors from northbound I-35W to eastbound and westbound IH 820 will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Denton Hwy. 377.
· The on-ramp to the eastbound Loop 820 TEXpress Lanes from northbound I-35W will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to the next eastbound TEXpress entrance at State Highway 377 from the eastbound Loop 820 frontage road.
Meanwhile, an extended closure is planned for the off-ramp from northbound I-35W to Northeast 33rd St. beginning Monday Sept. 28. It is anticipated that this closure will last until Monday Oct. 19. Traffic will be redirected to the previous exit at 28th Street. During that time, all lanes of the northbound I-35W frontage from Berner Street to 33rd Street will be closed. Traffic will be redirected to Dooling Street.
