The public is invited to help set transportation and air priorities at a meeting hosted by the Regional Transportation Council of the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday June 10 at the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center, 1001 Jones St.
Among topics set for discussion are:
Draft recommendations: Transportation development credit call for projects. Transportation development credits provides regions with a new tool to complete needed transportation projects.
Proposed modifications to the list of funded projects. A list of funded transportation projects is maintained in the Transportation Improvement Program. Projects with committed funds from federal, state and local sources are included in the program. To maintain an accurate project listing, the document is updated on a regular basis.
2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program: Officials completed the new program that will list projects expected to be funded between 2015 and 2018. The meeting will feature the final list of projects with committed funds from federal, state and local sources.
