Texas 183 to close overnight

Southwest Fort Worth motorists, take note: east- and westbound Texas 183 will be closed between Bryant Irvin Road and Hulen Street from 8 p.m. Tuesday June 4 through 5 a.m. Wednesday June 5. The closure is needed for construction associated with the Chisholm Trail Parkway project. As a detour, eastbound motorists will be directed to exit Crosslands Road, turn south on Bryant Irvin, turn left onto the eastbound Interstate 20 frontage road, and take Loop 820 to the I-20 entrance ramp east of Hulen Street. Meanwhile, westbound motorists will be directed to exit Hulen Street, continue on Southwest Boulevard to the Texas 183 frontage road and re-enter 183 west of Bryant Irvin Road.
