Condominium project announced for Linwood area

Spring 2019 will see construction start of The Moderne at Linwood Condominiums in Fort Worth, according to Fairfax Realty Corporation President Thomas K. Loughborough.

Fort Worth based companies The Frymire Company and HiRise Partners, LLC will serve as the General Contractors. Completion is scheduled for early 2020.

The Moderne is a boutique development, featuring modern lines designed by the award winning Fender│Andrade Architects of Fort Worth.

The building site is located in the 2700 block of Wingate Street in the West 7th/ Cultural District area of Fort Worth. This modern 3 story elevator-served building will consist of 43 condominium homes. The condos will feature 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom / den, and 2 bedroom homes ranging in size from 907 square feet to 1,433 square feet of livable space. All the floor plans are single level and priced from the mid $200,000’s to the low $400,000’s. All residences feature large covered balconies, designer finish-outs, gas cooktops, and the latest in modern technology. The community will have a swimming pool, dog park and assigned covered parking.
