Crestwood’s neighborhood kolache shop has been supplying their fabulous melt-in-your-mouth hamburger buns to local restaurants like Fixture for a while now. Then they began offering their own burgers in-house to rave reviews.
Pearl Snap was even selected best burger by the 1,200 attendees at the Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival’s Burgers Brews and Blues event, with their simple unembellished entry featuring nothing but the basics − meat, cheese and those incredible buns.
“This month we collaborated with TX Whiskey to make a Bourbon Burger for our Burger of the Month Burger (also known as the BOMB) in honor of national bourbon day June 14,” said owner Wade Chappell. “We’re also making breakfast sandwiches on our buns but we’d like to focus more on burgers,” he said.
